The CRN134 was designed in Chicago by Dr. Joseph Morganelli, it has mirror image blades that are off-set 45 degrees to engage prepared slots on any surface of the crown. Our CRN2709 crown adapter pliers have large rubber inserts that are shaped to cradle the crown and heavily ribbed for maximum control.
